The title — format
One search-friendly title written around the stay and the terms guests search for in your area — the property’s real strongest points first, in the order a scanning guest reads them. Every word is checked against your listing: if a title claim is not in your listing or intake, it does not go in the title.
The full description — format
A scan-first description that leads with the stay, not the spec sheet: the opening lines sell the experience of being there, then the layout, sleeping arrangements, and practical details follow in scannable order. Includes a house-rules tone pass — the rules restated in a welcoming tone, with nothing added and nothing removed.
Photo captions — format (Rewrite+ and Host Pack)
A caption for each photo on the listing, in photo order, each one selling the room or view it shows and naming the real feature in frame. Captions are written from your listing photos and your intake notes — including anything new or under-photographed you flag — and never describe amenities that are not there.
The competitor gap report — format (Rewrite+ and Host Pack)
A short report built from 3–5 top nearby listings read before the rewrite: what those listings lead with that yours does not, gaps in your title, description, and captions, and the specific changes the rewrite made to close each gap. It reports differences in presentation only — it contains no booking, ranking, or revenue claims or comparisons.

- Nearby listings are read and the gap list is built. Three to five top nearby listings are read; the gap list notes what they lead with that your listing does not.
- The listing is rewritten. Search-friendly title; scan-first description leading with the stay, not the spec sheet; captions that sell each room (Rewrite+ tiers); a house-rules tone pass. Facts only from your listing and intake — nothing invented.
- Delivery by email. One paste-ready document — plus the gap report on Rewrite+ tiers — arrives by email inside the turnaround for your tier.
The clock rule (important)
Turnaround counts from completed intake, not from payment: 48 hours for Rewrite and Rewrite+, 4 days for the Host Pack. The clock starts when HostWords has your listing link, the platform, and your notes on anything new or under-photographed.
If anything is missing from your intake, HostWords will tell you exactly what is missing — the clock simply has not started yet.
What’s NOT included
No booking, ranking, or revenue promises — ever, at any tier. No invented facts: amenities, distances, and view claims come only from your listing and your intake; if it is not there, it is not written. No work inside your Airbnb or Vrbo account and no ongoing listing management — delivery is a paste-ready document. Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are case by case: refunds under $50 are automatic on request; $50 or more are reviewed before approval. No refunds for outcomes we never promised — bookings, search ranking, or revenue — none of those are promised, because listing platforms and guests control them.
